I hope you all had a wonderful summer. This week in Year 1 we have been getting to know each other, exploring the classroom and the school.
Learning about others and ourselves
We are looking forward to a year of fun and learning.
This month we are celebrating the work of the famous children’s author Roald Dahl. We are doing so by reading the story ‘Little red riding hood and the wolf’.
We have read the story and drew a picture about it.
We have tried to build Grandma’s house stronger, hoping to protect her from the wolf.
What a fantastic start of the year!
