In June our final topic was UNDER THE SEA!
We got lots of number practice by playing counting games with sea animals, shells and fish:
And scissor practice too, by cutting around sea creatures in different shapes:
We used our fine motor skills in a range of ocean themed activities, from making sea horses by gluing fiddly pieces of foil, to painting watercolour fish and colouring rainbowfish pencil control sheets:
We had plenty of water play:
And used hand-eye coordination to catch fish:
We made colourful jellyfish and a paper chain octopus!:
And in cooking lab we stayed cool from the heat by making some refreshing fruit kebabs:
Then the time came for our End of Year Show!:
For our last day together we had a fun water day!:
