The first two weeks of school are a sensitive period of transition where the children familiarise themselves with their new classroom, teachers, friends and surroundings. The children engaged in lots of fun and interesting activities and met their gym and music teachers. They were very excited to explore all the outdoor play areas and were delighted to see squirrels outside our classroom!
I would like to thank parents for their collaboration and support during these first two weeks and wish your children a happy and adventurous school year!
Our topic for the next two weeks is ‘About Me’ and children will start by making a special photo album of their families.
