This term year 3 looked at The Romans. The class studied a variety of Roman inventions, and stories, which were an integral part of Roman culture. It was fascinating to see the children so curious about a topic which deeply related to their every-day lives, seeing that we live in Rome. The children were especially interested in Roman inventions, and were surprised -and even shocked at times!- to find out that inventions one might take for granted have their roots in Roman times.
