Hard to believe that year 2 is already over! Our year has been filled with fun projects and lots of learning, and the last few months have been no different!
Do you remember when we did our Mexico project and cultural day?

A journey through the solar system later, came a magical performance of Aladdin, and a discovery filled science week.
After comparing the volume of ice and water we discovered that even something invisible like air can have an effect on the things around it.
Why doesn’t the glass sink and get filled with water? Why does the paper napkin not get wet?
Then we discovered we could change liquids to solids other ways then by freezing them!
Take a bit of liquid cream, shake it around for a few minutes…
and watch it transform!
BON APETIT!
Finally we got to “make” gas and learned that even though gas is invisible, it has weight!
Why does one balloon fall slower than the other?
And that concludes our journey in year 2!
Have a great summer and see you in September!
