A group of boisterous, happy children coming from Reception waited to start their first day at school in Year 1. Another group of new, shy, anxious children waited, not knowing what to expect. the two groups quickly made friends and a new school year began. After the initial settling-in period the children became great friends and the fun began!
The children got used to their daily routines.
Trip to Azienda Iacchelli, Velletri, The terracotta workshop aims to help children discover the importance of using their hands and senses to reinforce their development of creativity. Brooches, buttons, bowls and pendants were used to help children produce their very own work of art.
Halloween: Fun and games at Halloween. The children had a great time dressing each other up as Mummies.

Father’s Day – A special time with Daddy.
Gardening Project – The children especially enjoyed digging up all the potatoes that grew in the garden.
Mothers’ Day – Playing with Mummy in the classroom.
Project time – The children had great fun during project times. Painting, cutting, gluing and sticking.
Science week – During Science week the children had the chance to carry out fun and exciting experiments on a daily basis and report their findings in literacy and math.
