It’s great to be back at school and have a lovely new group of year 3 students. September at Acorn House is always Roald Dahl Month in which we celebrate the many works of the famous children’s author. In year 3 we have been reading The Giraffe, The Pelly and Me and we have linked our learning with the themes of the story – particularly focusing of friendship, teamwork and creative writing. We hope that you will enjoy the slideshow that we have put together full of photos of the various activities that we have done and the special days we have had.
