Welcome to our Science week!!!!
This week we have been busy being little scientists and experimenting with different materials.
For our first experiment we have built a photo camera to try and understand how light travels. Here are some pictures :
Does everything have a shadow?
Our next experiment was playing with shadows and different materials and objects to answer this question….and no, not everything has a shadow!!
Did you know you can bounce bubbles? all you need is a ping pong racket, something made of wool and bubbles aaaand Enjoy!! :))

Magnets and cork boats. This was probably our favorite experiments. We had lots of fun with the boats, we spoke about things that float or sink and then we built a ‘fishing rod’ for our magnets and fished for our boats, watching how the magnet would attract the needle in the cork.
aaand today we have made some quick sand and a balloon and yeast experiment….the balloon is still inflating!!!!
We had a blast this week, it was really fun!
