Year 1 Blue and Yellow visited Azienda Iacchelli in Velletri to participate in the ‘Laboratorio della manualità’ – La Terracotta. After a fun and noisy ride on the bus we arrived, enthusiastic at Iacchelli.
A quick snack to restore our energy and off we went divided into two groups to explore the park and participate in the workshop.
The children were fascinated at how they were able to manipulate the clay in various ways using different tools and everyday items that can be found in the home.
While one group participated in the workshop the other visited the vast outdoor area and the farm animals….
Them after a delicious lunch …. a play in the park then back to school, tired but happy!
