Acorn is not the ordinary school you can imagine, we are an extraordinary community of teachers, students (our “Acorns”) and parents.
Dual curriculum
Since 1999, we developed a unique dual curriculum path that encompasses the integrate the UK curriculum with the national one. The school has celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2024.
Growing students in an holistic way
Acorn offers many opportunities to nurture personal interests into and outside the school: science, music, sports, travelling, reading etc. With gyms, sport facilities, theater, music labs, fabrication labs etc. every student can express its innate talent.
A unique community from age 3 to 19
400 students attend Acorn under the motto “Mighty oaks from little acorns grow”. Our ingredients to grow little acorns in strong oaks are: conscience, determination and dialogue.
Small class sizes for great education
Small classes allow a more personalized learning and ability to develop teamwork. On average we have 18 students per class.
Caring and professional teachers
Our teachers love their work and we support them at our best. We nurture a sense of caring and professionalism for the entire community.
We recruit the best teachers based on their curriculum but, most importantly, on their personal skills: empathy and ability to engage students is paramount for our school.
Academic excellence
Our students achieve top results in their exams and in their study path beyond Acorn. We strive to keep our academic quality high: we balance inclusivity with performance, in a unique mix that will shape the future of our Acorns.

Acorn offers a unique dual curriculum path from age 3 to 19: early years, primary, middle school and International Baccalaureate High School. Founded in 1999 with more than 30 nationalities, we integrated the best of both international and Italian private education, allowing international and Italian students to thrive without compromise.
